One of the largest condominium projects in the GTA. “The Beverly Hills Resort Residences”, to be built on Yonge Street, south of Sixteenth Avenue, is planned as an upscale, resort development, which will incorporate, for the first time in Richmond Hill, a “woonerf” street with ground floor shops, four towers and associated podiums above.


“woonerf” is a European style landscaped road shared between cars and pedestrians, without any asphalt or curbs, but rather uses patterns in the interlocking stones and landscaping to define pathways, on-street parking and driving areas.


Even greater news is that these luxury buildings will be affordable to the average consumer or first time buyer, as the Developer will be capping the down payment at only 15% spread over two years.


The 4 condominium towers will be ranging in height from 9 to 24 storeys with retail and service commercial uses at grade facing Yonge Street and approximately 14,000 square feet of retail and office space.


The Town of Richmond Hill and Region will also be benefiting from the development, as Great Lands(the developer) will be dedicating a portion of its land for a new public neighborhood park, and easement for the planned subway route and nearby station.
